Being a non-tech-savvy person, I had several questions and a few issues with my subscriptions and bundles, but Adam was incredibly patient, helpful, and easy to work with throughout the process.
He suggested a number of useful improvements and was very honest and transparent in his feedback and recommendations, which I really appreciated. He also kindly helped me install and upgrade certain features completely free of charge.
The customer service has been excellent, the guidance was genuinely valuable, and the app itself works very well too.

Set up has been so easy. When I couldn't figure out one aspect, I messaged their support team and they immediately took care of it for me. They also asked if they could add my logo to our email notifications for me because I hadn't gotten to that yet. So kind & helpful!
As for the actual software, it's been really easy to set up and it looks great on our storefront. So excited to offer subscriptions to our customers.

Before going live with our site, we had a huge boost of confidence in our subscription capabilities because of our time chatting with Aiden via support. He not only answered every question promptly but gave very detailed instructions, offered complimentary services for our convenience and ended the conversation giving us full confidence. I was having trouble figuring out how to make some modifications to my subscriptions and how to incorporate it into my Shopify store. Devin was over and beyond helpful and was incredibly supportive through the whole process. I am prank new to using Appstle but after this experience, you’ve gained a loyal user. Great app! Some things are a bit tricky to get but once you get the hang of it, it's great. I had trouble with something and the tech team member Aiden was able to help with my questions with a screen recording. It has been great so far!
