This app works great for our online store. If we have any issues or questions, we just send a message and they are quick to help us resolve any problems or help us understand better. They use snip-its and video to help walk through the process.

They helped me troubleshoot the subscription widget, removed the branding for me, updated the email logo, and even integrated the “Manage Subscription” button into my store.
