We noticed our product page URLs were getting a ?variant= parameter added on load, and the team identified and fixed it right away. A backend toggle disabled for us permanently.

There are many apps that do similar things, but the real difference for me is what kind of support does the app have?

Appstle's support has been some of the best I've ever experienced - in fact there are two new features that were implemented because of support tickets I opened! I've literally never had that happen with any other app support!

I've only used two of their apps so far, but I would recommend all of them based on the quality of their support alone!

We recently migrated from Recharge to Appstle and the team has been incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. It's still early to fully evaluate all the features, but so far the customer support has been outstanding, always responsive and going above and beyond. And all of this at a very competitive price. Really happy with the switch so far!

I honestly could not recommend Appstle more highly. The platform itself has been fantastic, but what has really stood out to me is the level of support from their team. It is genuinely unmatched. Every question or issue I’ve had has been answered quickly, clearly and with so much care.
I recently migrated more than 1200 active subscriptions across to Appstle, which, as a small business owner, was something I was incredibly anxious about. It felt like such a huge and risky process, but the Appstle team made the entire migration feel simple and straightforward. Everything went incredibly smoothly and I felt supported throughout the whole process. We had zero issues. I was especially lucky to have Andrew helping me through the migration. He was absolutely incredible and made what could have been a very stressful experience feel completely manageable. Since moving across, whenever I’ve needed help or wanted to work out how to do something within the platform, their support team has been there with an answer almost immediately. Appstle has been worth every cent for my business. If you’re running a subscription-based business and are nervous about migrating a large number of subscribers, I genuinely couldn’t recommend Appstle and their team more highly. The support alone is worth it!

The dev team on Appstle is responsive and helpful, especially through the chat function. There's some things through our specific subscriber migration that were tedious and the Appstle team helped us through it all! We are a small biz and definitely NOT website developers, so we are grateful for the support. It takes a village to run a website, we're happy that Appstle is part of ours.

Appstle Subscriptions has been a reliable core for managing our recurring orders — the setup was straightforward, and features like flexible billing frequencies, discount tiers, and the customer portal (skip/pause/cancel) work smoothly. Support has also been responsive and helpful, including going out of their way to remove branding and walk us through admin notification settings.

One area for improvement: we tried using Appstle Bundles to cross-sell a subscription product only when a specific main product was purchased (one-directional), but the Funnel feature triggers from any product in the bundle rather than a specific one, so we had to switch to a different app for that use case. It would be great to see more granular trigger control in Bundles in the future.

Also, as a Japan-based store, more built-in Japanese language support would be a huge help — we had to manually translate most of the email templates ourselves.

Overall, still a solid choice for subscription management, and the support team clearly cares about merchants.

Have had no issues and nothing but great experiences with this app!

So thankful for this app and the team behind! Peter helped me out and fixed all problems asap - further than this he even found problems which I haven´t seen and fixed them! Helping out a small starting business he also adjusted things that were not in my plan included. Strong recommendation after checking a lot of subscription apps!
