The help chat was with a real person which is already 100 points toward the Appstle app but it's also been super helpful to set up my company's mail club! Highly recommend! Shoutout to Max for walking me through some of the questions I had while setting everything up :)

Really good support from the live merchant support team. They had me up and running quickly -- if you get stuck, use the support chat and let them set it up for you.
