Great functionality and very easy to use. Adding new products is simple and straightforward, making it easy to keep everything up to date. What really stood out was the customer support. When I ran into an issue, I was able to connect with someone directly through the chat feature, and they quickly resolved everything I needed. I don't have a lot of experience with subscription apps , however this one has worked for us. What I do know is that after many poor customer service experiences across multiple apps, the Appstle developers have been very helpful in solving any issues that have come up. They are quick to respond and proactive in thinking through solutions, and we greatly appreciate it!

I just set up Appstle for our cleaning-products store and the support made all the difference. Aiden walked me through everything in one quick session. He got my subscribe-and-save plan live, sorted out an error I hit while creating frequency options, and explained exactly what was going on so I understood it.

He went well beyond what I expected. He removed the Appstle branding from the widget as a complimentary touch, added our shop logo to all the subscription emails, and integrated the "Manage Subscription" portal into our account page so customers can edit, skip, and cancel on their own. He even customized the widget to match our brand colors and shared a preview to make sure it looked right.

Fast replies, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Now I see why this app has so many 5-star reviews. Highly recommend.
