We are extremely happy with Appstle Subscriptions. The app offers everything we need for our subscription program, with plenty of customization options and a great overall experience.
What truly stands out, however, is their exceptional customer support. A special thank you to Max, who was absolutely fantastic! He understood every request immediately, made several custom styling adjustments for our store, and handled everything incredibly quickly and professionally. Nothing was too much trouble, and he made sure every detail looked exactly the way we wanted.
We also use Appstle on our Hungarian Shopify store and have had the same excellent experience there. It is rare to find an app backed by such a responsive, helpful, and genuinely dedicated support team.

Really happy with Appstle so far. I am still on the free plan but expect to upgrade soon. They have been great at helping me get started, including fixing a mistake I made on setup. Was able to migrate my subscribers over quick and easy.

Amazing app and incredible customer support. Max helped me for over an hour just explaining and guiding me through everything. He is very patient. He also found that the emails going out to customers didn't have our logo and asked if I wanted to change it. I wouldn't have known otherwise. Thanks Max! very happy with this app!

Great support experience.

We noticed our product page URLs were getting a ?variant= parameter added on load, and the team identified and fixed it right away. A backend toggle disabled for us permanently.

There are many apps that do similar things, but the real difference for me is what kind of support does the app have?

Appstle's support has been some of the best I've ever experienced - in fact there are two new features that were implemented because of support tickets I opened! I've literally never had that happen with any other app support!

I've only used two of their apps so far, but I would recommend all of them based on the quality of their support alone!

We recently migrated from Recharge to Appstle and the team has been incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. It's still early to fully evaluate all the features, but so far the customer support has been outstanding, always responsive and going above and beyond. And all of this at a very competitive price. Really happy with the switch so far!
