Excellent app and outstanding customer support!

I’ve had a very positive experience with Appstle Subscriptions. The app provides everything I need to manage my subscription products, and whenever I’ve had questions or needed help with the settings, the support team has been extremely responsive, patient, and professional.

They always provide clear, step-by-step instructions and make sure the issue is completely resolved. Aiden was especially helpful with my recent setup and made the whole process very easy.

This app has been super easy to set up and use — no headaches getting it running on our store. What really stood out was the customer service: whenever we had a question, the team responded quickly and actually solved the issue instead of just pointing us to a help doc. Highly recommend if you want something that works smoothly and is backed by a team that actually shows up when you need them.

As far as now, the app is working very well, and their support team is very helpful. Any changes related to subscription, what we aren't able to do, their team does. We only need to give them the information. Also, we are looking to use their loyalty and rewards program app. Let's see how it goes.

Seamless integration with Shopify and Klaviyo - somewhat of a learning curve for me being new to Ecomm but their support was fantastic and I was able to complete much on my own. Great features and functionality and easy to use!

Since we already successfully use this app on 2 Shopify sites, when we decided to migrate another site from WooCommerce Subscriptions to Shopify Plus, the Appstle Subscriptions app was our first choice. Migrating from one platform to another is always a challenge and potentially bad for business, but Appstle stepped up to meet the challenge and helped us to smoothly move not only all of the subscriptions to Shopify, but also all of the existing payment tokens so that the process was seamless for our customers! Now we are successfully using this app on 3 ecommerce sites and continue to appreciate the on-going support and professionalism of the Appstle team.

Excellent subscription app with a great-looking widget and plenty of customization options. The support has been outstanding-Devin responded quickly, made the changes I needed straight away, removed the Appstle branding as a courtesy, and even helped optimise the purchase widget. The service has been fast, friendly and professional throughout. Highly recommended.
