Alan went above and beyond (and on the weekend) helping me with mitigation. He even updated my logo so my branding could look consistent. I did not expect an answer when I contacted them on a Sunday evening but Alan like I said when above and beyond. I will continue to circulate my money to this company.

Unbelievable customer service, I've never experienced anything like this before. I've only just downloaded the app and have already had such a positive experience.
