I came to the Shopify app store a few months ago, doing research for a subscription/membership app and i read the reviews and after going back on forth on which one to pick I decided to take a chance with this app. I am so glad that I did, since having the app it has worked amazing, it does exactly what i needed it to do and more plus the price is what i needed as a new membership site that has no traction. Today I was upgrading my site with a second membership page, i decided to ask the customer assist, to guide me on where to find my variant and selling numbers.(the last time i built my other page i didn't ask for help and it took me about 3 hours to find the numbers) First of all the response time was amazingly fast and not an AI bot... and secondly... i thought they were gonna give me a link to a page on how to find the numbers, but instead he went and got it for me and provided it to me... wow! what a game changer... that saved me so much time... thank you so much guys... so in a nutshell... the app is great and the customer assist is amazing!!

We've been really happy with this subscription app for our Shopify store. It was quick and easy to get everything set up, and it has all the features we need to manage subscriptions and recurring orders without any hassle. The customer experience is seamless, and the app fits perfectly into our store's workflow.

One of the biggest highlights has been the live chat support. The team is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Recently switched from a different subscription app, and very happy with the change! The team is highly responsive and have been great with answering any and all questions. The migration team did a great job of moving everything over seamlessly, and have been quick to help us with any additional set up or changes we wanted to make.

Excellent experience! Although we've been using the app for less than a month and are still in the testing phase, the customer support has been incredibly fast and professional. A huge shoutout to Aiden, who perfectly resolved our product page bundle setup and custom styling requests, and even removed the branding for free. 10/10 service!

A great app that has helped us increase recurring revenue and improve our subscription experience. The customer support is excellent. Aiden was especially helpful, providing quick replies and positive, practical suggestions.

The best suscription app to my knowledge.
- You can add the suscription with your bundle
- You can use the backend of the app to custom your own widget
- And the dealbreaker for me: The support is one of the best in the market (same as judge.me). They reply to you within a minute by chat (a real human) and will do theor best to find a solution, guide you, eventually even code for you.

I was surprised that there does not seem to be a plug-and-play solution that could get me up and running quickly.

There seems to be a huge amount of customization available, but the settings are spread across many UIs, and it is hard to find the right place to make a change.

If I had known how difficult it would be to set up subscriptions with this tool, I wouldn't have wasted so much time trying to learn it. I would have just contacted customer service.

Customer service via chat was great! I explained to Alden what I was trying to do, and he made it happen for me.
