Appstle℠ Subscriptions App

Great subscription app--currently using it for a mail club and it works well! There are both paid and unpaid plans so there's something for shops of every size!

Amazing support service - I have been web developing for a long time & have never experienced such good, fast and effective support assistance. Especially when moving something as important as a large amount of exisiting subscriptions. (extra shout out for Devin)

Moving on to the app - its great so far! Does everything I needed it to do, and more - I have more options then I used to have (woo subscriptions) and I am loooking forward to trying them out. Easy to use, good customer facing systems and looks to be exactly why I wanted to migrate.

I love it. Since I've started using this app, managing my recurring subscriptions has become a breeze. The interface is intuitive, setting up subscription plans (monthly, quarterly, annual) took just a few clicks, and our customers can easily manage their own subscriptions from their account portal.

The support has been amazing! Aaron went above and beyond to help me complete my subscription setup, checked everything from the customer’s perspective, fixed the small details, and made sure everything looked professional. He was patient, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I’m very happy with Appstle and especially impressed with their customer service. Highly recommend!

So far, the experience has been excellent. The team moved us from our previous app and supported the customizations we requested. They respond quickly to every inquiry, and each representative I spoke with showed strong expertise. I expected migration to be challenging, but the Appstle team is managing it well. Furthermore, the app includes every feature and adjustment we could envision. I look forward to using it to expand our subscription business.

I am setting up a new snail mail club subscription and had no idea how to run the back end of my subscription. Setting up the subscription plans was done in a timely manner with the help of the support team. I appreciated how quickly they responded to my emails, and even offered to set up a call to make sure we were on the same page with what I needed. Alan was incredibly helpful and made the setup process so much easier for me. He was patient, responsive, and took the time to actually help configure everything correctly rather than just sending me instructions.

He helped set up my subscription plan and Build-a-Box, fixed the pricing when I noticed an issue, removed the Appstle branding for me as a complimentary service, and was genuinely thoughtful about making sure the customer experience was polished.

Really appreciated how proactive and kind he was throughout the whole process. Excellent support and a great experience overall.

Just installed. I ran into some hiccups (of my own doing) and Appstle's customer service helped me through it (and managed to do it from their end) on a Sunday night at 9PM. In a world of people trying to rip you off, it was a breath of fresh air that these fine folks helped me through this - all on the free plan. I will 100% be converting to the pro version as soon as I build some traction. Can't wait to use this app going forward.

This app has everything I was missing in a previous subscription app! The setup process was super smooth, and they were able to complete the migration process for me, which definitely saved me a lot of stress!
