They are absolutely "THERE" for the clients. I was chatting with someone named Adam and he was so patient with me (Not tech savvy), was more than willing to help and go the extra mile to make sure i understood and was satisfied. The team members of Appstle have been great. They are available whenever I have a question to ask and provide me answers with screenshots of the back end of my store so I can see exactly where to go and what to do. They even think of small things to add to make the user experience more enjoyable. Highly recommend.
