Amazing app - even more amazing customer service. I needed help with customer portal as it was showing a 404 page. Got that fixed within minutes. Plus they spoted other areas on our website that they improved without me even knowing there was an issue. Amazing customer experience and great team. Thank you!

We worked with Appstle to get a widget integrated into our site and the experience ended up being way more helpful than we expected.
They didn’t just install the widget and disappear — they actually took the time to look through our store, point out areas that could cause problems, and explain why certain things mattered for performance and conversions. A few layout and functionality tweaks they suggested immediately made the site feel smoother and more professional.
Communication was fast, clear, and straight to the point. No canned responses, no runaround — just real solutions and follow-through until everything worked correctly.
Honestly, it felt less like “support” and more like having a technical partner making sure the store ran the way it should.

Appstle subscriptions have been ten fold better than the previous app I was trying to use. The diversity of options that their apps offer makes so much more possible, and their support staff are great and get the little tweaks done quickly. Highly recommended!

Honestly, my experience with Subscriptions by Appstle has been great. The onboarding was straightforward and much easier than I thought it would be. The migration was handled by their expert migration team. All my existing subscriptions were migrated over from another system, and I was expecting it to be a headache… but it was surprisingly smooth.
Whenever I got stuck or had questions, their support team were quick to jump in and help. Properly helpful, not just generic replies.
If you’re running subscriptions on Shopify and want something reliable with solid support behind it, I’d definitely recommend giving this a go.
