We recently installed Appstle Subscriptions and had an issue with how the subscription widget was displaying on our product page—the layout and sizing were off and didn’t match our theme. The Appstle support team jumped in quickly, identified the problem, and adjusted the subscription block so it fits perfectly in our product layout.
They were responsive, clear in their communication, and handled the CSS changes for us, which saved a lot of time and frustration. Now the subscription options look clean and professional, and they’re much easier for customers to understand and use.
Overall, we’re very happy with both the app and the support. Highly recommend Appstle to anyone looking for a reliable subscription solution with a team that actually helps you get it looking right on your store.

Really phenomenal so far. The customer service has been above and beyond. We were migrating from another app, and I was so nervous about that, but they were on it and it went better than I would have hoped. It's early days but so far, thrilled with the move to Appstle!
