Appstle℠ Subscriptions App

We've used Appstle for over a year to run our subscriptions, and it just works. It's easy to set up and dependable month after month, and the support team answers quickly when we have questions. Highly recommend it for any recurring-order business.

Appstle’s support has been excellent. Peter was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and patient while helping us work through a fairly advanced Shopify Flow and subscription setup for Nomad Home IP.

He quickly helped us identify an API-access limitation, explained the available options clearly, and then went above and beyond by removing the Appstle branding from our subscription widget as a complimentary courtesy, adding our shop logo to the email notifications, and helping us disable a specific customer email so our provisioning workflow stays clean and professional.

What impressed me most was that the support felt genuinely focused on improving our customer experience rather than simply trying to sell us an upgrade.

The software is great and you have so much more customizable options in ways I didn't even know I needed for my business and services. Not to mention, their IT team is fast and responsive. They do a lot of the work for you including the migration and any issues. Their pricing is great and cost effective even for a small business. 100% agree to work with them. I haven't seen a faster IT help team work with you live.

Great subscription app--currently using it for a mail club and it works well! There are both paid and unpaid plans so there's something for shops of every size!

Amazing support service - I have been web developing for a long time & have never experienced such good, fast and effective support assistance. Especially when moving something as important as a large amount of exisiting subscriptions. (extra shout out for Devin)

Moving on to the app - its great so far! Does everything I needed it to do, and more - I have more options then I used to have (woo subscriptions) and I am loooking forward to trying them out. Easy to use, good customer facing systems and looks to be exactly why I wanted to migrate.

I love it. Since I've started using this app, managing my recurring subscriptions has become a breeze. The interface is intuitive, setting up subscription plans (monthly, quarterly, annual) took just a few clicks, and our customers can easily manage their own subscriptions from their account portal.

The support has been amazing! Aaron went above and beyond to help me complete my subscription setup, checked everything from the customer’s perspective, fixed the small details, and made sure everything looked professional. He was patient, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I’m very happy with Appstle and especially impressed with their customer service. Highly recommend!

So far, the experience has been excellent. The team moved us from our previous app and supported the customizations we requested. They respond quickly to every inquiry, and each representative I spoke with showed strong expertise. I expected migration to be challenging, but the Appstle team is managing it well. I am setting up a new snail mail club subscription and had no idea how to run the back end of my subscription. Setting up the subscription plans was done in a timely manner with the help of the support team. I appreciated how quickly they responded to my emails, and even offered to set up a call to make sure we were on the same page with what I needed. Alan was incredibly helpful and made the setup process so much easier for me. He was patient, responsive, and took the time to actually help configure everything correctly rather than just sending me instructions.

He helped set up my subscription plan and Build-a-Box, fixed the pricing when I noticed an issue, removed the Appstle branding for me as a complimentary service, and was genuinely thoughtful about making sure the customer experience was polished.
