It has been a breeze working with Appstle. When using Appstle, the response is quick to your problems and on top of that they go above and beyond.

I needed help getting free shipping for an order for one of our customers and Max helped us out. He helped me with the problem and was fixed in underneath 10 minutes. ON top of that, he reviewed my website and found a look error and asked if I wanted that fixed. I Didn't even realize that was happening, and he fixed it for me.

Really love using this app, we never have an issue and the response from support is so fast that i often get my issues solved right away. I love the ease of creating the different subscription plans and the suite has some complimentary options that we are testing and I love having all that in one app vs needing multiple apps

While I was talking with Appstle support, my Shopify account was compromised. Approximately $4,500 was transferred from my Shopify account, and there was a later attempt to make about $2,500 in charges on my Shopify credit card. Shopify locked my account for suspicious activity, and the incident remains under investigation. The timing has left me with serious concerns about my experience.

I love the functionality of Appstle, but I recently reached a threshold for my free account, and was immediately prevented from accessing my subscribers list, unless I upgraded. I struggle to see how this is acceptable practice. I understand that they need to make money but to deny access to existing subscribers and demanding money is blackmail. Surely a more reasonable way is just restrict the amount of subscribers, so no new subscribers can sign up until that threshold has been upgraded. It’s a shame as I was planning on taking out a paid plan. I won’t be doing that now.

Great Subscription App, we have been using it for over 2 years, no issues at all.
The App has worked flawlessly so far and the one time I had to use the support, they were very helpful.

Excellent support. We have used it for several years and it met our needs well. Our site is now retired from the Shopify platform but this was for reasons unrelated to the app. We continue to use the App with other clients. I appreciate how quickly Appstle respond to questions.

Great subscription app with excellent customer support. Derek was very patient and helpful during the setup process, and he also provided useful suggestions to improve our branding and email templates. The app is easy to use and works well for our store. Highly recommended!

Alan from the Appstle team helped me set up my subscription model exactly the way I wanted, translated my customer portal into Italian, removed the branding for free, and even did a full review of my setup to make sure everything was configured correctly.
