Great app and even better support.

I'm launching a subscription business and had a fairly complex setup combining subscriptions with fixed bundles for inventory management and future product customization.

Alan in the customer support went far beyond answering my questions. He reviewed my entire store, improved the setup, configured everything correctly, styled the widgets to better match my theme, and gave thoughtful advice on both the technical setup and the customer experience.

I came into the chat feeling completely stuck after hours of struggle, and left feeling confident that my store is built on the right foundation.

Ran into an issue getting our subscription pricing set up correctly (first order vs. recurring billing), and their support team jumped on it and got it sorted quickly. Really appreciated the hands-on help instead of just being pointed to a help doc. App itself has been solid for our subscriptions. Easy to configure, and support has been responsive whenever we've needed it. Would recommend.

There have been occasional tech issues that crop up and the team are very responsive, quick and helpful as they're able to be. Been using for two years and really, it works very well 99.9% of the time!

This app has been working beautifully for my Happy Mail (snail mail art club). Anytime I have needed help setting it up or integrating, support has been extremely prompt and helpful - making using this app beginner friendly and a seamless experience. I highly recommend!

I have just added the Subsciptions app to my website. It was really easy with only one small hiccup which their service engineers helped me with. It was all sorted with in moments and in addition Steven cleaned up a number of bits and bobs that ensure that everything aligned beautifully with the website brand and colouring. Very responsive support. Very willing to jump in and problem solve, re-configure. Great to deal with. Product is feature rich. There's some quirks when you start doing more complicated things (offering a bonus product at a purchase threshold with a seperate free shipping threshold) but great that the combination of appstle products can handle it

Appstle is fairly straight forward to set up in Shopify. We haven't tapped into all of appstle's capabilities yet, but customer support has been very good at helping us navigate the app. We are first time website builders and appstle has made the addition of subscriptions to Shopify an easy process.

When we opened up our Shopify store, we started shopping around for a subscription app and this is a great one! Very easy to setup and use, both for admin and customers. Pricing model is very attainable for businesses compared to the bigger names in the game. Support is breeze to work with and super responsive. Highly recommend!

We had to migrate all of our Shopify subscriptions from Shopify Subscriptions to Appstle, and the entire experience was outstanding.

The migration itself was smooth, but what impressed us even more was the support team. They didn't just answer questions—they actively helped us customize the subscription widget, customer portal, and email notifications to match our store perfectly.

They translated all customer emails into German, customized the subscription management experience, integrated the "Manage Subscription" button into our customer account, adjusted the widget design, and responded incredibly fast to every request we had.

I came to the Shopify app store a few months ago, doing research for a subscription/membership app and i read the reviews and after going back on forth on which one to pick I decided to take a chance with this app. I am so glad that I did, since having the app it has worked amazing, it does exactly what i needed it to do and more plus the price is what i needed as a new membership site that has no traction. Today I was upgrading my site with a second membership page, i decided to ask the customer assist, to guide me on where to find my variant and selling numbers.(the last time i built my other page i didn't ask for help and it took me about 3 hours to find the numbers) First of all the response time was amazingly fast and not an AI bot... and secondly... i thought they were gonna give me a link to a page on how to find the numbers, but instead he went and got it for me and provided it to me... wow! what a game changer... that saved me so much time... thank you so much guys... so in a nutshell... the app is great and the customer assist is amazing!!
