Sid was so much help today, whilst setting up a subscription model on our Shopify - I was dreading having to set it up on my own, as I had no previous experience. When I popped on their online Chat, i didn't expect someone to literally take the lead and set it all up to my specifications, but Sid did within half an hour we had a save and subscribe model up and running

Support is extremely helpful at fixing most issues. Support is available 24/7 which is quite amazing
