I had a small issue that I was struggling with and they went above and beyond to not only address it but to offer additional solutions to help make my customer's experience seamless. To be honest, the dev team are actually really good and happy to help with a lot of things. I've been supported by Shane, Kai, Devin and Magnus and I'm super happy with them. Thanks team. The app itself is great, a lot of good functionality. Does need quite a bit of setting up but this is to be expected, especially when transferring from another provider. But as I said, the team are around and always happy to help.
For transparency: I did initially leave a 3* review as I had a LOT of issues when I first set this up..Jade from Appstle left messy code on my site, price in bright red on my product page, we had two identical prices, one presented as a sale - lots of things that made my site look spammy and led to 2 potential customers emailing to ask me why my product pages looked like that! This lasted for 2 hours and was very disappointing initially.

We’ve had an excellent experience with Appstle Subscriptions. The app itself is powerful, flexible, and integrates seamlessly with our store, making it easy to manage subscription products.
What really stands out, though, is their **technical support**. It’s honestly one of the best we’ve ever experienced. The team is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping. Every time we had a question or needed customization, they went above and beyond to provide fast and effective solutions.
