Support has improved lots since we first started with Appstle and it has been great! They are generally timely, and always kind & helpful.

App works great with shopify and had outstanding customer service coaching me along to properly set up my subscription services,

I was new to the app and I design my store by custom code. I was stuck on something for a very long time and didn´t know how to fix it. I send the question to support and got everything fixed together with a recording of how to fix it within 5 minutes from Jade. Best customer support I´ve ever had!

I would like to see some additional important UX features, like having seperate emails for bilingual purposes instead of having one email notification.

I'm new to utilizing subscriptions and although Appstle is fairly easy to understand I ran into a snag and needed to use AI to help me with an issue. Sid was extremely helpful in assisting me add the appstle subscription widget to my product landing page and was very pleasant to speak with. Thank you for your assistance - I've been troubleshooting for a while!
