We migrated our annual calendar subscription business onto Appstle's Fixed Billing Schedule this year, and the support team went far beyond what I expected from a $30/month app. Alan walked me through the entire billing date and cutoff logic patiently, back and forth, until we had exactly the renewal behavior we needed, not just what was easiest to configure. When we needed a discount to apply starting at the second order instead of the first, he set it up and tested it before handing it back to me. When we ran into a trickier request, a one-time 50% discount on an add-on item that shouldn't recur on renewals, he didn't just say no, he pointed us to their Bundles app and explained exactly how to wire it together with Buy X Get Y logic so it worked the way we actually needed. Aiden picked up seamlessly from there and kept the momentum going without missing a beat. This is genuinely rare: a team that cares about getting the configuration right for your specific business, not just getting you off the phone. Highly recommend Appstle to anyone running subscriptions on Shopify.

I am currently a very small business and i use the free plan as of now as my business grows. The software is very easy to use. It's only me doing everything for my business so it was nice having their technical staff help me with set up and any technical issues. Overall, it's been a great experience working with this app and the staff. Highly recommend the trying it out!

This app has been super easy to set up and use — no headaches getting it running on our store. As far as now, the app is working very well, and their support team is very helpful. Any changes related to subscription, what we aren't able to do, their team does. We only need to give them the information. Also, we are looking to use their loyalty and rewards program app. Let's see how it goes.

Seamless integration with Shopify and Klaviyo - somewhat of a learning curve for me being new to Ecomm but their support was fantastic and I was able to complete much on my own. Great features and functionality and easy to use!

Since we already successfully use this app on 2 Shopify sites, when we decided to migrate another site from WooCommerce Subscriptions to Shopify Plus, the Appstle Subscriptions app was our first choice.
