Customer support is world-class. The product does what you need at an incredible price. It's 5-star for what it is. There are A LOT of settings which does feel overwhelming and not as user friendly as newer SaaS/web platforms, but with no transaction fee it's hard to complain about this.

The setup was smooth, the documentation was clear, and when I had questions, support was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to find an app where the team actually takes the time to walk you through things and make sure everything is working correctly. If you're ever unsure about something or how to use a feature, they're there to help - at no additional cost. It's also a great price compared to other apps
