Excellent customer service!

Customer service was excellent - they resolved issues quickly and accurately, and went above and beyond in optimizing the subscription plans, even the branding on the landing pages. I'm highly impressed by the professionalism, dedication to great customer experience, and willingness to answering any and all questions.

Their support is exceptional. Responses come within minutes, not hours or days. Every single time. More importantly, they’re genuinely solution-oriented. There’s no hand-waving, no “we’ll check and revert” that turns into long email threads. It’s always: let me look into this and they actually come back within minutes with a clear answer or next step. They don’t give up on an issue, and they don’t leave customers hanging.

From a product standpoint, the platform has made subscription management easy and reliable for both our team and our customers. It does exactly what it needs to do from a functionality perspective, and it’s been solid for running subscriptions at scale.

If I had one piece of feedback, it would be around UI. The subscription management pages feel a bit dated visually, and it would be great to see more modern themes or customization options over time. That said, the functionality is strong, and the product does its job well.

Overall, an amazing team, a dependable platform, and support that genuinely sets the bar. Highly recommended if you’re serious about subscriptions on Shopify.

Customer for life. I literally spent 10 hours today stuck tinkering with another subscription app and running into all kinds of problems. I downloaded Appstle and got hands on help via chat with their engineers who helped me customize a ton of visuals and features with my subscription widget. Cannot recommend enough!

Appstle has allowed Serve Coffee to offer recurring, prepaid, and gift subscriptions in one application. Our previous vendor would have required multiple applications to have the same functionality. Also, the support has been exceptional.

And their customer service will help you with everything, responding within 1-2 minutes on average.

We’re using Appstle for a subscription setup that’s a little more complex than the usual “ship every month” model and the support team has been genuinely great to work with.

They were patient, responsive and took the time to actually understand what we were trying to do rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all solution.

When something wasn’t possible, they explained why clearly and helped us find the best alternative.

If you value good support and clear communication, especially when your setup isn’t totally standard, this app is a solid choice.
