Sufio: Invoices you can trust

We originally found this app, as an integration with Spently templates. We really appreciated the ability to include a download link for our customers to get a formal invoice. This has saved our admin team a lot of work, replying to email requests. We truly appreciated how much work their support team put into customizing our invoices for our unique needs. This has made the switch to Shopify POS so much easier. Highly recommend for the styling, ease of use and level of support.

This is an amazing app! It is exactly what I needed for automatic invoicing of my customers. Simple and effective! The invoice itself looks very professional and I was able to easily add my custom logo to the top. There is an option for the customer to print, download or view it online. The customer support that was offered to me was also very impressive. I had daily communication with the developer over a period of 4 days until my invoice was perfected to my desire. First class all the way!

I have been using Sufio for several years already for my shop, and I really love the easy functionality and possibility to chose your own design. I also am very happy for the fact that you can create manual quotes and invoices if needed if the sale is not via the web shop. Their customer service is fantastic, and they have been amazing in trying to solve some special needs I had for my invoices. The team deserve one million stars for their effort and quick communication, AND finding solutions! Warm recommendations!

If you need invoices don't go anywhere else. I spent a lot of time sorting through various invoicing apps and they were all very weak in comparison to Sufio.
It is really user friendly and Djimi, the very competent advisor, was totally happy to customise the app exactly to my specifications.

Amazing invoice application that helped our team (1) save time, (2) create professional invoices, and (3) keep track and accurately report VAT on invoices to our customers in the European Union. In addition to the functioning of the application, the form and design of the invoices cannot be understated. All questions are answered and resolved quickly: quick and target-orientated suggestions and implementations! + A great tool to support EU businesses selling to EU customers with EU VAT registration - to validate the VAT ID and calculate VAT accordingly. + The automated Invoicing is great - you can adjust the style and content of your Invoices, they are sent automa(t/g)ically. + There is an option to update Invoices if the Customer needs to add any information and resent the invoice directly from the app. + Option to export Invoices as .csv - to transfer data to your other ERP/CRM/bookkeeping tools! +++ We wanted to increase the UX using the EU VAT input form and Sufio adjusted the template of our Shop within some hours adding VAT ID validation and user messages! +++ We suggested making slight adjustments according to our local legislation to the Invoice template and export file = and Sufio team was very helpful.

We spent a lot of time researching Invoice Apps to add to our Shopify business and Sufio was our first choice. The options of invoice formats to select from was a plus, but the Admin interface is what we utilize every day. We can quickly download past due invoices to send via email or print in mass as needed. If/When a customer needs a statement of account, we can quickly access their unpaid invoices, download a .csv file, make appropriate edits and send to the customer in seconds. Edits to invoices are also simple, quick and easy. Our business model requires we make minor changes to final invoices after items are sold and Sufio makes it very easy for us to make the changes ourselves. If we need assistance, Sufio's support team is fantastic. Quick responses, patience in understanding the issue and a genuine interest in helping us find the solution or alternative. Lastly, 65% of our customers pay for their product after the delivery of goods. For those paying by Credit Card, the Stripe functionality available through the electronic Sufio invoice makes it a seamless, efficient way to collect payment. Sufio has been instrumental in helping us grow our business and keeping cash flow under control.

There truly isn't a comparable app on the market - we searched for MONTHS trying to locate a native means of invoicing for our wholesale clients that could also serve as an accounts receivable portal. (For point of reference, we've used QBO exclusively the last 5+ years, and we've been trying to centralize our analytics as well as streamline our order / invoice process within Shopify for some time.) Sufio takes the cake, bar none. It integrates well with virtually every aspect of Shopify and is totally conducive to our existing wholesale workflow. The development team for Sufio has been nothing short of INCREDIBLE the entire way through getting us set up, as well as in dialing in our custom templates. This applies equally to aesthetics as it does to functionality; we are exceptionally particular about the presentation of our brand (as well as the importance of attention to detail in all respects) and Sufio's support team has consistently met our requests with the utmost patience and a sincere desire to understand / meet our needs. Bringing them on has been a game changer for our business, straight up. We would love to see an option in the future for packing lists that also support split shipment breakdowns that could be included per package in a given shipment. Having a comparable template to our new invoice feature would make for an incredibly well rounded customer experience and allow for us to operate further from a singular platform.
