I have just started using Shopify...and had a lot of little things that needed to be
done to comply with Italian requirements.....Sufio responded immediately to any
questions I had and found solutions for me ....I would highly recommend Sufio.
It is straightforward and logical to use with a brilliant back up support service.
Excellent app to have automatic invoices. Amazing support, solving problems that are not even theirs. Although maybe a little bit expensive since I had to go for the extended plan (starter pack only has 7 invoices a month and no VAT exemption options). But I would still highly recommend it if you're looking for an invoicing solution.
I have been struggling to find a great app do keep invoices and automize my billing process. I found everything I was looking for with Sufio, and I could even ask the customer service for some special customization to add options answering the need of my business. Plus the customer service is excellent and very reactive. I recommend +++

Highly recommended, great app and great company! The invoice in pdf format attached to the automatic emails that are sent to customers are exactly what we needed in order to take our professionalism to the next level. Exceptional customer service from the Sufio team! We had a complex product data scenario where vital information required on invoices were stored in product metafields. This app is very versatile, it can be as simple as you need it to be!
Right from the day we installed Sufio, the team were straight onto setting up a custom tax invoice template for us, it was refreshing coming from another invoicing app to this one. Sufio has a very helpful, flexible team who are friendly, efficient and easy to deal with. Highly recommend.

I tried several apps to make French invoices with all the required fields and I was becoming crazy because discounts and unit prices were never displayed without taxes. Sufio also displays the TVA rate for each line in the invoice.
I contacted the Sufio support and they made some adjustments for me and it looks fantastic now ! Thanks a lot !
