I've been on the search for the best invoice app, and this one has ticked all the boxes for me! I was specifically looking for one that was compatible with Zapiet, and was also clean and customizable. Great app, providing us all necessary business invoicing capabilities for our wholesale customers (we are based in Belgium). We had to integrate some development for VAT notifications, and received great help for the customers service (Michael was very responsive and gave only fast & reliable solutions !). However, the standout aspect worth mentioning is the exceptional customer service provided by Lewis and Veronika. Despite the challenges I faced with my store, they consistently took the time to respond promptly and offer support in really resolving issues. While this doesn't cover all my needs (I have very fringe case needs), with the recent addition of variant metafield access and direct editing of the templates, it does more than enough of what I need. Nothing else I looked at comes nearly this close. Oh, and support has been over the top, with their always friendly, quick and helpful answers to my questions, it has been a pleasure working with them.

With sufio, we can create invoices that meet both our layout and design needs, as well as local legal content requirements. Best support service I have experienced in ages, fast response with the possibility of custom adjustments. Although it seemed a little expensive for the limited number of invoices we need (in the small business we have), it's well worth the time saved and adds to the professional image.
