Es lohnt sich, Sufio zu nutzen. Die Designs lassen sich super einfach anpassen, man benötigt keine Vorerfahrung. App sehr benutzerfreundlich. Der Support hilft schnell und präzise. Und dahinter sitzt nicht nur ein KI Chatbot, sondern es hilft auch realer Mitarbeiter, wenn man es wünscht.

Sufio is an excellent invoicing system! After trying and comparing several different invoicing app, we decided to go with Sufio—and we’re very glad we did. The system is user-friendly, but what truly sets Sufio apart is their customer support. The team is incredibly patient, detail-oriented, and always quick to respond. They’ve helped us with various customizations and often offer thoughtful, effective suggestions. Their efficiency and professionalism are top. Highly recommended!

It took us some time to set up everything just the exact way we need it (we are a B2B Catering company with german tax laws), but with the help of Sufio, we were able to accomplish everything. We are a customer since 1,5 years by now and are very satisfied with the ongoing good quality of the support. Thank you Olivia! :)

Easy to get started with the day to day configurations on your own. The onboarding with the Sufio flows fast and is super versatile in helping with shop specific requirements; let it be coding additional snippets, configuring designs, or aligning with data flows/fields outside of the Sufio app during the build-phase. Looking forward to soon scaling with Sufio. Can only recommend.

I asked for a basic feature — setting default payment terms per client. They admitted it's possible but said I’d need to upgrade to their premium plan, which is 3x more expensive. So they can do it, but they just want to charge way more for something simple. Feels like they’re forcing you to pay extra for functionality they already have, not recommended.
Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration but we want to clarify that Sufio currently does not support assigning payment terms per client. This feature isn’t available on any of our plans, and it isn't just a case of restricting a functionality to higher tiers—it simply doesn’t exist in our app at this time.
For this reason, we recommend managing client-specific payment terms directly within Shopify, which offers more flexibility.
Thank you, however, for highlighting this need. We’ll keep it in mind as we continue to improve the Sufio app.
This app has allowed us to transform our B2B processes, allowing us to seriously improve our offering and professionalism to our customers. I can say without a doubt that the support from Lewis and the team has been some of the best we have ever experienced from a Shopify app partner. We have had incredible support during the onboarding process, and despite some quite niche requests from our side, Lewis and the Sufio team have continually delivered. Top Support und die einzige App, die komplette Rechnungs-Exporte nach Monat, Jahr und mehr ermöglicht. Die Rechnungen lassen sich einfach anpassen, und selbst das Standard-Template sieht professionell aus. Die Einrichtung war super einfach – nach dem Testen von 10 anderen Apps habe ich endlich die perfekte Lösung gefunden!

Really frustrating interface that doesn't allow you to search by order number or invoice number. Also very expensive for the functionality. Actively looking for a replacement...
