Supercycle

Supercycle has been such an important part of running Rêve. As a rental and resale business, there are a lot of moving pieces to manage, and the platform makes the entire process so much easier — from bookings and inventory to returns and customer experience. It integrates seamlessly with Shopify and has given us the flexibility we need as we continue to grow. The team is also incredibly responsive, helpful, and genuinely invested in helping their merchants succeed. Highly recommend for anyone building a rental business!

We migrated from another rental management app to Supercycle because we wanted a rental solution that was more native to Shopify, and it has been a great move for our business.

Supercycle integrates really well with our Shopify setup, and their support is genuinely excellent. The team is responsive, helpful, and takes the time to understand what we’re trying to achieve. We’ve suggested a number of improvements, and it’s great to see our requests being considered and added to the product roadmap.

Overall, we’re very happy with Supercycle and would definitely recommend it to other Shopify businesses looking for a rental management solution.

The app charges are high and features are good but support provided is basic. There is no way to schedule a call or connect on chat support even for urgent and important issues with the app. The only way to contact them is through email support which is difficult and very slow. I have lost orders due to this.
