Superdesk Product Reviews App

We are very satisfied with the Superdest app. It has been helpful for managing our store more efficiently.

The most useful feature for us is the ability to merge product reviews and create product groups. This functionality saves us a lot of time and helps us present our products in a much more organized and professional way.

Superdesk has truly improved how we manage customer reviews. The dashboard is fast, clean, and easy to navigate. Customizing widgets to match our brand was simple, and the support team has been responsive and helpful whenever we needed assistance.

I honestly wish I discovered Superdesk earlier. It is intuitive, effective, and beautifully designed. After switching, we saw a big jump in the number of reviews we collected. Automations just bring in reviews without effort. Their support has been truly helpful when needed. If you're on the fence or using an overpriced alternative, do yourself a favor and try Superdesk.

We tried so many different product review apps, but Superdesk really stands out. Here’s why:

-The "review" section isn’t cluttered like other apps, and the customization options are amazing (this is a huge plus for me). The same goes for email review reminders—super clean and easy to use!

-It’s modern, sleek, and incredibly user-friendly.

-Klaviyo integration works flawlessly.

-No limits on reviews or photos (this is one of its best features!).

-Workflows and integrations work like a charm.

If you're searching for a new review app, look no further than Superdesk. I've tried countless review apps, and this one is hands down the best! There are no hidden fees or surprise charges, and it’s incredibly affordable while offering amazing features. The customer service, especially from Utku, is outstanding and truly goes above and beyond! You won’t be disappointed!

Superdesk has been a game-changer for our Shopify store! The interface is intuitive, making it simple to manage and showcase customer reviews. The customizable features allow us to align the reviews seamlessly with our brand's aesthetic. Plus, their support team is quick to assist with any questions. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to enhance their store's credibility!

We tried many review apps. Some were slow, some were difficult to use, some were unnecessarily expensive. And we had a specific need for asking customer to edit the review. We finally discovered Superdesk, which was the wow app for us. Installation and review importing was easy. Support team spent time with us to customize our widgets. They look beautiful. App is very fast on dashboard and widgets. Worth trying!

Well designed and so intuitive to set up. Love how customizable the app is to match our branding.

Great integration, recommended by Shopify and fast and excellent support
