Customer service is non existent. If you need any help beyond ai you're not getting it. Asked for a refund the day after my plan renewed because I wasn't able to do what I needed to do and never received a response. The app limits daily imports and updates even beyond shopify's daily limits. It was easier for me to upload a large amount of products using a spreadsheet than with the app. And trying to connect products that already exist is very time consuming. It might be good if you're just starting out, but beyond that, it's just too expensive for what it can actually do. I was paying $100 a month and still not able to import the amount of daily variants that shopify allows.

Supply Master has been an excellent solution for our business. We use it extensively with suppliers such as SanMar, S&S, and now PCNA, and the integration has helped us expand our catalog far beyond apparel.

The support team deserves special recognition. Mary and the technical team responded quickly, implemented the PCNA integration, and addressed the issues we reported. The image and swatch problem has now been resolved, and the app continues to improve with new features.
