SupportBot answers from a store's products, pages, blog posts, policies, and FAQs, including theme-rendered FAQs and localized storefront FAQ variants within plan limits. Every plan replies in the customer's language; the merchant admin is English. Growth and higher adds live catalog search, comparisons, variant choices, verified order and return status, and customer-requested cart actions. It adds to cart and hands off to Shopify Checkout. Unanswered requests can go to the merchant's team.

We set this up last week and it's already catching the usual questions. Shipping, returns, where's my order etc.... It only uses what's on our site, so it hasn't made anything up. If it's stuck it emails us.
Honestly didn't expect much from another chat widget, but this one sticks to our products and policies. People can add stuff to the cart in the chat too. Signed-in customers get their real order status. Works great overall!
