We've been testing Switchboard for a while now and we've come to love it. The app offers some very useful features not natively available, some of which have enabled us to boost strategy our sales. We'll deffineitly continue to use it and upgrade to the enterprise tier.
Absolutely love working with this app with all the added features it offered to my store. Current favourites are bundles and discounts, but I'm still setting up more functions so that could change! The UI and function set up is simple enough with my limited technical knowledge that I haven't had to use the support, but having the option to hop on a call is very reassuring. Recommend to anyone needing to get that extra functionality.

Switchboard makes it easy for us to manage customized wholesale orders. The way it keeps multiple charms grouped together at checkout, makes orders a lot easier for our team to process and for the client to understand. Great support from the Switchboard team as well!
