We've been testing Switchboard for a while now and we've come to love it. The app offers some very useful features not natively available, some of which have enabled us to boost strategy our sales. We'll deffineitly continue to use it and upgrade to the enterprise tier.
Absolutely love working with this app with all the added features it offered to my store. Current favourites are bundles and discounts, but I'm still setting up more functions so that could change! The UI and function set up is simple enough with my limited technical knowledge that I haven't had to use the support, but having the option to hop on a call is very reassuring. Recommend to anyone needing to get that extra functionality.
Thank you so much for the kind words! It’s great to hear you’re already enjoying the bundles and discounts, and even better that you’ve found everything easy to set up without needing support.
There’s plenty more to explore, so we’d love to hear which feature becomes your next favourite. And if you ever do need a hand, we’re always happy to jump on a call and help.
Thanks again for the recommendation and for choosing us!
Switchboard makes it easy for us to manage customized wholesale orders. The way it keeps multiple charms grouped together at checkout, makes orders a lot easier for our team to process and for the client to understand. Great support from the Switchboard team as well!
Thank you so much for the review! We’re really glad Switchboard has made customized wholesale orders easier to manage for both your team and your clients. Keeping those charms grouped cleanly through checkout and into the order was exactly the kind of workflow we wanted Switchboard to make simpler. We’re always happy to help, and if there’s anything you need from us in the future, just let us know!
Switchboard has had a huge part in elevating our customizer experience! It allows us to bundle multiple charms and beads into one clean line item at checkout, making the experience much more seamless for both our customers and our team. We couldn’t have built the checkout experience we wanted without it.
Thank you so much for the kind words! We love seeing how you’ve used Switchboard’s bundling features to bring such a unique customizer experience to life. Making complex product builds work cleanly with Shopify’s cart and checkout is exactly one of the kind of problems we built Switchboard to solve. We’re thrilled it could play a part in creating the experience you envisioned for both your customers and your team!
