We have been very pleased with Sync Hub and their ability to save us many, many hours of work updating product metafields and images across 2 of our stores. We can pick and choose the fields we want to sync from 1 site to another, and now we only have to make any updates to 1 site, where previously any updates would need to be made on both sites. This makes our processes much more efficient and allows us to communicate the most accurate information to our shoppers in an efficient manner. The customer support has been amazing, with timely responses and solutions provided to us.
Sync Hub is a very useful app and their tech support is extremely helpful. We connected multiple stores and everything synced exactly how we wanted.
Very fast and helpful support!
Very helpful app and the support staff is very helpful and responsive and they did a great job helping us. Totally recommend it
Guess who recommended Sync Hub to me? GROK! I put in all of my criteria I needed from a shopify app to sync my store info and Grok recommended Sync Hub. I am so glad I found them. I needed customer info, order info, and product info synced between our 3 stores. Sync Hub was able to take care of all 3 things for me. They do have an inventory sync option, but I did not need that for my stores because each store as its own independent inventory btw. They also were super fast responding to questions and even did a call to help me with a few things. Great App! Highly Recommend. Melissa
I can’t give anything less than 5 stars. We are one of the first users of this app, and the level of service has been excellent. Questions are answered quickly, and we’ve already had several meetings to add features that were not yet available. It truly feels like we are growing together. Definitely worth 5 stars.
