Recently, we had a situation where we were curious whether the app could do a specific task to resolve an issue Shopify was creating, the Support team advised that it didn't, but they would look into adding functionality to cover that scenario in the future.

A few weeks later, the functionality had been added to the import template menu & it works perfectly.

So while it's not something I expected from them, they were open to improving and developing their app to meet the customer's needs.

Es ist eine starke und vielseitige Import-App. Wenn man sich ein bisschen damit auskennt, kann man wirklich viel erreichen. Es gibt viele nützliche Funktionen und Möglichkeiten zur Automatisierung. Auch die Einrichtung kann man sehr individuell anpassen.

Besonders gut finde ich den Support – immer schnell, freundlich und lösungsorientiert, selbst bei komplexeren Themen. Außerdem wird die App regelmäßig weiterentwickelt.

Für mich gibt es im App Store keine vergleichbare App. Ich kann sie absolut empfehlen!

Leider nur auf Englisch, daher manchmal für mich nicht alles sofort verständlich. Aber der Kundenservice ist hervorragend, jede Frage (auch wenn sie auf Deutsch gestellt wird) wurde bis jetzt zeitnah und kompetent in einfachen Worten beantwortet. Der Funktionsumfang ist top und die Preisgestaltung fair. Danke an das tolle Team.

This is a good app for product uploading and updating. Any time I have a question if I cannot figure out how to do something the tech team is great at researching and fixing it for me. I would say if there is one improvement it is better tutorials of how to create templates.

Top app and brilliant and fast service, we now use it in 3 e-commerce shops and it keeps all our products in sync with our suppliers, no need for other apps anymore.
