So happy with the product and all the work Jimmy and Fei have done to ensure everything is working smoothly. They are constantly improving and rolling out new features. It's been a perfect solution for us to keep our inventory levels across two country stores synchronised without the need for an expensive ERP.

This app is great for real time updates on inventory for multiple stores. We have the complexity of both B2C and B2B stores and this app can cope really well. Mostly I am thankful and impressed by the support we have been given by the team in helping us understand the app and make changes as our business changes.

I use Syncio to run both of my stores and needed it to sync inventory real-time as updates came through but also be able to customise product prices and descriptions in a different currency and language. Syncio does both of these really well, its simple and fast to use, and the customer service is fantastic. Highly recommend!!!

Wow this app is great and so is the customer service! I had a few questions at first, and Jimmy responded quickly and then got the whole thing set up and mapped all my products for me. Then I needed something custom for my store setup and he found a solution and implemented within hours! Refreshing to find a good product with wonderful support.

We use this app to sync inventory between a wholesale and retail store. We have high volume flash sales on our retail store that other inventory sync apps were not able to keep up with. Syncio has worked great and they have been with their customer service. Anytime we have had questions or needed help with properly setting things up, Syncio has been overly responsive.

Our stores were unique in that we had large amounts of products. We had techinical trouble and contacted Syncio. They never gave up and help us through a tough time of getting all the products syncing and working. That is not easy when you have thousands of products. Absolutely saved my dropshipping business. The support is awesome and very helpful. If you are a dropshipping store that needs inventory reported from several brands or other websites, this is the way to go. It's not cheap, but I can understand why, with their servers having to constantly check all product inventory numbers, and the fact that there's no other service out ther like this.

I installed Syncio to connect the inventory between my two stores Accordion Pro Shop and Hermes Music. Thanks to Syncio, when a sale is made on one store, the inventory will automatically update to the other, saving me time and hassle. The customer service has been fantastic as well, having been able to skype call some questions and the team is always very responsive over chat. Highly recommend!

We have a sister brand that we used to duplicate and sync inventory to our main store. I though we need to spend hours replicating the listings to our main store, but Syncio got it done with just one click! We are super happy with how the inventory get sync, and we can also add in other new suppliers' product listing easily. This helps us to sell a much bigger range in a lot less time, highly recommended this app!
