Syncio Inventory Sync

I'm currently running several Shopify stores with Sycncio running on all of them. Syncio has been a lifesaver and has helped improve our workflow and keeping our inventories perfectly synced. On top of the great product, the customer service has been top notch. I've chatted and skyped with Jimmy a few times and he's been really responsive and helpful every step of the way! Looking forward to any of the new features they'll add in the future.

Syncio is instrumental in enabling our client's store, For Me By Dee (https://www.formebydee.com), to expand from Australia to United States. It's real-time inventory sync works like a charm, and works with consumers as well as stockists. We had some questions and their support was very prompt and helpful.

I do not recommend this app for stores that need inventory sync from multiple inventory location from source shopify store to destination store. The app just dumps all inventory count from multiple locations from source store to one inventory location in destination store. There is no solutions to this according to their support. If not, great app to use. The support team have reached out to me and they have updated that the issues I am having will be fixed in a couple of months.

Highly recommend Syncio for sharing product inventory. With my wholesale and retail background (I.e both ends of the spectrum), I am certainly amazed at how easy sharing data with stores can now be using this application. Syncio takes the hard work out of the equation by allowing you to ditch those tedious Excel import/export data files! Syncio is reliable to use, easy to maintain and requires little effort. We are using this app to - you guessed it - sync inventory between 2 Shopify sites. We realized an issue with inventory not syncing for orders placed but pending payment. Reached out to Syncio, and they responded quickly, and enabled these "Pending Payment" orders to also sync inventory (not a default feature, but something they can "turn on" if needed). Now this app meets our needs perfectly. We are still early on in our use, but I've completed several tests, and the app seems to update inventory just as it should, without any crazy unexplained inventory changes that we experienced with another syncing app. Thanks Syncio!
