Great tool. I save a lot of time using synclogic on our 7 Shopify stores. I can recommend everyone to use this system.
In addition to this, their support is unsurpassed with fast response times even if you are sitting on the other side of the world.
Would be good to have a list of common things it doesn't do.
But there is enough things it does do very well to provide plenty of time saving value!
The real value is in their support. Extremely fast and helpful!

We have been able to set up a sync almost exactly the way we want. We had some unique requirements. But Shane was super-helpful to do it for us. We hope they also support sync for cost field in due course.

I loved having Synclogic in my last business, which has worked seamlessly as it should have for the last 4 years or so. I recently opened a new business and have set up Synclogic again for the new site, and had some specific requests and needs, and the level of support I've gotten has been above and beyond. i highly recommend this product for both working as it should, and very responsive troubleshooting assistance.

I've been using SyncLogic for over a year and have had a great experience. My installation process was incredibly simple and I've received great support from the team. I have a number of applications running on my storefront and haven't experienced any disruptions from SyncLogic. If you are looking for an easy way to connect your products to another storefront for drop-shipping this is an affordable and simple option. I highly recommend it as drop-shipping is a great revenue builder for our brand!

I wanted to update my review now that my issue has been resolved. I received a reply from Shane at Oiizes Support, and I’m truly grateful for the clear explanation and the help provided. My store has now been accepted for connection with Synclogic, and I’m currently just waiting for my new supplier to approve the final connection.
Although I do wish the supplier approval process moved a bit faster, I’m genuinely thankful for the support I received and the progress made. Because of this, I’m updating my review to 5 stars. Thank you for taking the time to help me get everything back on track.

Your app COMPLETELY DESTROYED our store
Removing sales channels, switching product images, deleting pictures, and altering inventory. What is going on??
Your app is extremely dangerous!
This review is 100% fake. We reported it to Shopify but they don't seem to be taking fake reviews seriously anymore, which calls all reviews on other apps into question. Shopify never got back to us on our report other than to say we will not hear from them so we don't even know if they have ever reviewed it. They have the data to verify that this review is fake and that we took no such actions on this shop.
We do not buy positive reviews and do not buy negative reviews on competitive apps, and we are 100% transparent and take responsibility if a customer has a legit complaint. That is not the case for this review. Shopify needs to do a lot more to take care of the integrity of their app store reviews.
This shop installed for a few minutes. We hadn't even ingested their products when they uninstalled. No actions were taken on their shop. No product images were switched or deleted. No inventory was altered. No customer support ticket was opened. It's a complete untruth.
The SyncLogic support team is top-notch. They’re quick to respond and thorough in their assistance. No need to panic if you run into any issues—they’ve got your back!
