Images aren't transferring to child store after connecting to parent store. I've verified with Shopify that my settings are correct. I've reached out to Sync Logic (Oiizes) support several times but have not heard back. Our site is basically unusable. How can I get in touch with you ASAP since I have heard back from you and this is an URGENT issue.

I'm so sorry this happened to you. This is an issue with how Shopify handles application charges, and it's been this way for years unfortunately. I've issued a refund of that final charge, and the explanation is below.

That charge was already pending on your next Shopify bill when you uninstalled, for a period that began before you uninstalled. Shopify always creates these pending charges at the beginning of the billing period, not the end. Shopify doesn't give us a way to revoke it and if your next bill doesn't come for quite some time it sure can look like we're still charging you. We're not still charging you and the Shopify system does enforce that. You revoke permission for us to charge you the moment you uninstall.

So that charge was a final charge, and I've issue a full refund of it in this case, which should reach you in a few business days. I hope you'll understand and reconsider this review, which really is a negative on the Shopify app billing system and not a reflection on us. I hope you'll reconsider the review.

Hi. I can't seem to find any message from happytoys.nl or from any mennovan. The rest of your email address in this review is obscured.
