Synctrack does what it says! It's a very accesible app and they guide you through every step of the way. Paypal really appreciates that you have tracking number in every transaction
Changeing my review from 5 start to 1 star as I pay for this app to automatically sync with paypal and only a few days having the app I am having sync issues with some not all orders.
Hi Rawleigh's Healthcare Independent Distributor,
Thank you for writing a review, I'm sorry to hear you had such a frustrating experience syncing the tracking number to PayPal, that's not what we like to hear. The issue should be fixed now, could you please help us to check?

Hi, it’s great to hear that you had a positive experience with the Omega Synctrack Sync PayPal Tracking app. Our team will be happy to hear that their hard work has paid off! If there’s anything we can do to serve you further, let us know. 💗💗💗
This app has worked great for us since the first day. It's saved a lot of manual time adding tracking information to orders within Shopify and hasn't had any errors. Really glad we chose to install this app.
I rarely leave Shopify App reviews, but this app was part the process that helped us get PayPal to release $6600 they had on hold for over year from us and would never release it. I wish I had known about it earlier.
You are amazing! ✨ Thank you so much for your compliments and kind words. We're so thankful for customers like you, and we greatly appreciate you using our app 🥰 If you need further assistance along the way, please don't hesitate to let us know. Tracy is the best. She's dedicated to her job of helping her customer to resolve issue. The app is great and ready to be used after a few clicks, and the sync was accurate and quick. Highly recommended to try this app out.

Great customer service. I had many issues due to my own confusion and strange set-up. The team at SyncTrack handled it all for me. Their team even did some custom set-up for me and helped me out a lot! Recommend it to everyone.
Amazing! 😱 I was shocked when Shopify sent a notification of your feedback about our app. Thank you so much for taking the time to leave an excellent rating.
