AI assistants now shop Shopify stores. Shopify's Agentic home reports sales and orders for its own AI channels. Tactical shows what happens on your storefront: agent browsers that shop like a person, scored on behaviour even when they never name themselves; AI crawlers (with Cloudflare in front of your store); and people who arrive from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini or Copilot, with the products they looked at. It complements Shopify's Agentic settings; it doesn't replace them.
