我覺得這個軟體真的非常棒，節省我們人工開發票的問題，但我現在有遇到一個問題，不知道為什麼我要續約，他轉了一下圈圈就什麼都沒做了，也就是現在都不能續約，請問開發者可以幫我確認一下為什麼現在不能續約嗎？！

您好，先前客服人員已透過 Email 聯繫貴司的信箱。就目前已知的資訊可能要請您向貴司使用的電子發票供應商的窗口確認停權原因，Taiwan Invoice App 才能串接 API 以在商店後台開立發票。

若需要更進一步的協助，我們非常樂意幫忙。
