Tangent: AI Quiz & Recomended

A great advanced solution to an in-depth customer quiz. Start to go-live, the team are excellent communicators and assisted greatly with building out the right quiz for the brand's needs, answering any questions I had in a prompt and timely manner. Really excited now it's live!

We just went live with the upgraded kwiz on the store. The Tangent team helped set the kwiz up seamlessly from start to finish. Thank you!

Fantastic app, incredibly easy to use and well connected to our tech stack. Mayank, Sushil and the team at Tangent have been immensely helpful throughout - taking us all the way from concept to go live. We've thrown a lot of requests and specific needs at them but nothing has been too difficult and everything happened quickly!

The Tangent team was very responsive, receptive to feedback, and willing to help us get the quiz with its intricacies where we wanted it before launch. There was a bit of back-and-forth during implementation going over all of the smaller details, but we especially appreciated their help transforming our results logic from a simple recommendation flow into a much more personalized experience with thousands of potential result combinations.

We've only been live for about two weeks, so it's too early to comment on performance, but overall, a great team to work with, and we're excited to see how the quiz performs over time!

What a fantastic team! Efficient, communicative, kind and so on top of everything. Very impressed with our new quiz and integration on our skincare site. VERY impressed!

Great experience! The Tangent team was very helpful and responsive every step of the way. We are happy with how the quiz turned out!

Good app and great experience overall! The support team was incredibly helpful and responsive. They replied quickly and resolved it within 24 hours. They kept me updated throughout the process and made everything easy to understand. Highly recommend both the app and the excellent tangent ai team!

The implementation has been smooth and the Tangent team has been super helpful.

Great experience! We just onboarded, and the process was easy and seamless. The dev and strategy team are hands-on, quick to respond, great communicators, and overall very helpful. Highly recommend!
