Nel commercio B2B all'interno dell'UE, le consegne transfrontaliere di merci alle aziende sono esenti da imposte nel paese di origine e soggette a IVA nel paese di destinazione da parte dell'acquirente (reverse charge). Al di fuori dell'UE (paese terzo), una vendita è esente da imposte, ma l'IVA deve essere pagata nel paese di destinazione. Per le vendite al di fuori dell'UE, è inoltre necessario fornire la prova dell'esportazione delle merci verso un paese terzo. Hello, does the app work? We mailed you yesterday, still no response.
I need to ensure that customers in the Netherlands who don’t provide a VAT number are charged an additional 21% VAT on their total. Currently, products are listed as VAT exclusive, and customers without a VAT number can purchase without the VAT being applied. This is not how we want it to work.
Can you adjust the settings so that VAT is automatically added for such cases? Additionally, for customers in other countries who don’t provide a VAT number, their country-specific VAT should be applied.
