Die App ist aufgrund Ihres Funktionsumfangs nicht innerhalb von ein paar Minuten verstanden, aber man findet rein und wird bei Fragen durch den Service sofort geholfen. Sogar beim Einbinden von verschiedenen Features wurde mir innerhalb von wenigen Stunden immer eine Lösung geboten. Durch die Schnittstellen, die es im Teeinblue gibt, kann man problemlos weitere Programme anbinden und so einen voll automatisierten Prozess aufsetzen. Aus meiner Sicht kann ich diese App uneingeschränkt empfehlen, wenn es um eine schnelle Lösung für personalisierte Artikel geht.

If you really like going deep into personalization then you'll enjoy this app. It does take awhile to learn but the teeinblue team is incredibly helpful and quick with their replies when they're online. I have mainly conversed with Karen and she has been the best. The amount of questions I've sent her is enormous and yet she takes the time to send me videos showing me exactly how to do something which is helpful. It has made the learning curve of this app feel much easier and approachable. I love that I can finally make my ideas of personalization come to life and get detailed on each project. I was looking for an app like this for a long time and I'm glad I found it. Definitely give it a try but remember to be patient and ask questions. Once you get it down, you'll see why it works so well.

We’ve been using Teeinblue for a long time for our personalized products, and it has become an important part of our Shopify store. The app gives us a lot of flexibility for creating complex personalized products and live previews.
What really stands out is their support team. Whenever we’ve had an issue, they’ve been responsive, helpful, and willing to investigate it properly. Most recently, they helped us with compatibility with our new Shopify theme and implemented a solution for the Sticky Gallery on desktop.
It’s great to work with a team that doesn’t just answer support questions, but actually takes the time to find and implement solutions when needed.

Teeinblue has been a powerful addition to my store. It’s enabled me to create genuinely unique personalised designs, and they’re constantly rolling out improvements and new features. It’s a big learning curve for me, and I’m still discovering new things every day — I’m probably only using a fraction of what it can do. The automation features in particular have saved me a huge amount of time and keep everything running smoothly.

The support team are incredibly helpful, quick to respond, and have guided me through some complex setup steps, which makes the whole experience much more rewarding.

Great app but it is very complicated to set up for someone without no knowledge. I can fix alot of things on my own website, in coding etc. but this app is complicated and I have to pay someone else to set products up for me. Lucky their support service is always very helpful.

This is such a powerful App with great integration to my print providers and also my own personalised design products in Shopify. There are so many features I can utilise to create endless design ideas for my business.
I have found the support incredible as they really try to help your situation. Their documentation is also really well described along with You tube videos they produce. Its taken a little while to get my head around all the ways I can create but it's worth it and the in app support has been there to help when ever i've need it. Great app!

Wow, I can't say enough great things about this app and company. It's a complex app and takes just a little bit to wrap your head around, but it's very doable. Their customer and tech support is superb. Above and beyond. Quite refreshing this day and age. The AI generation options are great and it works great. I tried Customily and had to give up.

I'm looking forward to pushing this app to really do more with my vision of where I want to take customization for some things. Very exciting!
