Native terms checkbox at checkout. Customers agree before ordering; timestamped consent on orders.
Add a native terms agreement checkbox to your checkout — no script injection, no speed impact. Customers confirm your terms, refund policy, or custom conditions before ordering. An inline reminder prompts customers who forget to tick the box. Customize labels, link multiple policy pages, and toggle on or off from the admin panel. Consent text, acceptance timestamp, and terms version are captured at checkout and written to the order as proof, visible in admin. Works on all Shopify plans.
