BEWARE: Because this is a free app, this developer does not offer much support. (We've had a simple case open for weeks and weeks now with no end in sight.)
Firstly, I would like to take responsibility for the poor experience you had and acknowledge that your 1-star review was completely justified.
I would like to apologize for the issues you encountered while using this app.
It is our responsibility to investigate and resolve any problems that arise. To avoid such occurrences in the future, I will be working with the Development team to improve our app and I am actively overseeing the training of our support team to elevate the quality of our support.
I am sorry for everything that made you disappointed and you had to spend a lot of time and effort with them.
We would greatly appreciate the opportunity to assist you again and we are committed to providing you with a better experience. We are eager to make it up to you and we look forward to hearing from you soon.
Wszystko działa jak należy.
W razie problemów polecam kontakt z supportem, bardzo szybko odpowiadają i naprawiają ewentualne błędy.
Polecam!
app is ok. UI in side of shopify is confusing
Everything works as advertized. There were a few things that were not to my linking and the team helped solved them quickly with some customizations.
With step by step instructions even 5 year old can set up this app!
Excelent work RoarTheme team! Thank You for creating such a great and free app!
Cumple exactamente con su cometido.
Enkel og effektiv - og endda gratis.
Nem at installere og teste, uden kendskab til kodning mm.
Great app, does exactly what it says.
We had a little bug, and the support fixed it very fast.
Excellent T&C app! Thank you! Easy to use and with all the options you will ever need. The manual placement is a great feature.
Great app, easy to use, lots of customisation... Initially the checkbox didn't work but a support request later their customer support managed to solve the problem for us very quickly. Recommended!
