App does what I need, and upon installation I found it didn't mesh well with my theme (minor formatting). A quick chat and a few hours later, their dev made it work perfectly. First class support.

I’ve had a disappointing experience with Pascal from Textify’s customer service. As customers, we try our best to share our thoughts and ideas in good faith. However, when a support member responds with a poor attitude, impatience, or attacks the client instead of addressing concerns calmly, it reflects badly on the company.
The Textify app itself is good, but Pascal’s approach in handling customer communication comes across as inappropriate and impolite. Customer service is about patience, empathy, and solutions — qualities that need to be reinforced through proper training in this case.

Unfortunately, the discussion became challenging due to a lack of patience and respectful communication. While we are always happy to help and thoroughly investigate issues, some matters require time and cannot be resolved instantly. Productive support depends on mutual respect and constructive communication. When interactions become confrontational or impatient, it creates a situation that is not productive for either side.
That said, we remain open to assisting further and are happy to help as long as the conversation is conducted respectfully and without attacks or aggression.
We are all human and not automated systems — words matter. We kindly ask for the same level of respect that you would also expect and extend to your own customers.
First time customer and my experience was excellent. Customer service was friendly and efficient. The monthly pricing is very affordable for someone that has no knowledge about coding. The App is very easy to install and use. Besides there are lots of videos to help you understand how to use the different features it offers. Very pleased with my purchase so far and will def. highly recommend to others. Thank you so much Pascal and the team!!!
This app is perfect for our business as we often need to use several custom textboxes for customers to enter very specific details pertaining to their order. The textboxes are highly customizable with many different feature options. Anytime a question or issue arises with the app, the Textify team is quick to respond and resolve it. If we need a specific functionality added to the app, the team is always able to accommodate us and make it work. They're very efficient and kind. Highly recommend.
The app itself is super easy to use and solid. What really stood out was the amazing support team—they went above and beyond to help me adapt the app to work with another app I was using for the cart. Really appreciate their quick responses and willingness to assist. Highly recommend!

We have used this App for over 2 years for our online car paint store. It allows our customers to input car details, so they can have custom paint mixed to their specific vehicle. The App is perfect for our needs and runs very smoothly. We recently had an issue (our end), when certain orders were being placed. Customer support was there on hand to quickly and conveniently rectify the issue. 5 Stars from us! www.paintgear.co.uk
After several years struggling with apps with complex product options, I have finally found a treasure. Textbox is simple, very easy to understand for inexperienced people like me, but with a 6-star technical support. Any doubts or small problems that arose during the installation and above all, in the design of my own options, some with conditional logic, were immediately resolved by Anna Louisa and the rest of the technical team. Highly recommended for all those who, like me, are a little lost in this world of product options apps. A simple and very effective app! And all for a minimal price
Definately the best app I could ever wish for. A lot of personalization options and the customer service at the highest level. Quick responses and solutions to problems. I would recomend this for 100%!
I had a concern that customers can check out using quickview function without inputting their custom text. I contacted the app developers with a quick question.
To my surprise, they applied a fix within couple of days. Quite impressive.

Simple but effective! This app is easy to install, easy to set up, and support is easy to work with if the need arises! Anna from support was able to assist me with a very minor issue I had when I switched over to a new theme. My text box had stopped working as intended (making the customer type in their customization before allowing them to add their item to their cart). I submitted a ticket requesting help, and less than 48 hours later (over a weekend, I might add!) and my Textify app was back in business. I love the simplicity and cost effectiveness of this app! It saves me a bunch of time with every customized order I get, because now I don't need to email folks after their purchase to collect their color requests. Thanks for making my little hobby business run that much easier! <3
