First time customer and my experience was excellent. Customer service was friendly and efficient. The monthly pricing is very affordable for someone that has no knowledge about coding. The App is very easy to install and use. Besides there are lots of videos to help you understand how to use the different features it offers. This app is perfect for our business as we often need to use several custom textboxes for customers to enter very specific details pertaining to their order. The textboxes are highly customizable with many different feature options. Anytime a question or issue arises with the app, the Textify team is quick to respond and resolve it. If we need a specific functionality added to the app, the team is always able to accommodate us and make it work. They're very efficient and kind. Highly recommend.

We have used this App for over 2 years for our online car paint store. It allows our customers to input car details, so they can have custom paint mixed to their specific vehicle. The App is perfect for our needs and runs very smoothly. We recently had an issue (our end), when certain orders were being placed. After several years struggling with apps with complex product options, I have finally found a treasure. Textbox is simple, very easy to understand for inexperienced people like me, but with a 6-star technical support. Any doubts or small problems that arose during the installation and above all, in the design of my own options, some with conditional logic, were immediately resolved by Anna Louisa and the rest of the technical team. Highly recommended for all those who, like me, are a little lost in this world of product options apps. A simple and very effective app! And all for a minimal price

Textify was easy to install with easy setup.
It is very easy to create text boxes, checkboxes and alot more, also use them in a product related manner.
The support is also great. I had a problem with the liquid code in the confirmation email, which was resolved within a day.

Definately the best app I could ever wish for. A lot of personalization options and the customer service at the highest level. Quick responses and solutions to problems. I would recomend this for 100%!

I had a concern that customers can check out using quickview function without inputting their custom text. I contacted the app developers with a quick question.

To my surprise, they applied a fix within couple of days. Quite impressive.

Simple but effective! This app is easy to install, easy to set up, and support is easy to work with if the need arises! Anna from support was able to assist me with a very minor issue I had when I switched over to a new theme. My text box had stopped working as intended (making the customer type in their customization before allowing them to add their item to their cart). I submitted a ticket requesting help, and less than 48 hours later (over a weekend, I might add!) and my Textify app was back in business. I love the simplicity and cost effectiveness of this app! It saves me a bunch of time with every customized order I get, because now I don't need to email folks after their purchase to collect their color requests. Thanks for making my little hobby business run that much easier! <3
