Just very Good! The use of the App was just fantastic and really easy to use. It made my site way much better on Mobile (desktop was also better). The Support answers all Questions and is very acceptable and dosent hesitate for anything.

I hate giving poor reviews, but this app simply isn't working at all. At first I only saw a blank screen when opening the app. Ok, the app support responded quite fast to solve the issue and confirmed it was a bug on their/Shopifys side. But then the optimization page just freezed and nothing happened. I didn't see any kind of progress on the dashboard or in the history tab. And now I'm back to seeing the blank screen. Very frustrating and what's even worse, the app support disappeared and is not replying to my emails anymore.

Der Support könnte besser erreichbar sein und auch würde ich mir Empfehlungen wünschen, wie oft man das "Optimize"-Programm machen sollte. Man muss sich darüber im Klaren sein, dass die Alt-Texte der Bilder nach der Optimierung verschwinden, wenn sie nicht über die Datenbank hochgeladen wurden. Aber für uns in Ordnung, da das nicht zu aufwendig in der Wiederherstellung ist.

Great app that was easy to set up and improved my site speed significantly without much trouble. But what sets them apart is their support: I was able to speak directly with the owner right off the bat, who was very responsive, and he even ended up helping me solve a problem that wasn't even related to his app! Having a real person to help me with my unique problem is important to me as a sole business operator who doesn't have a tech background, and it's definitely kept me from looking at other page speed apps!
