bad support and speed of site still not good
Hi Maria,
We're so sorry for the frustrating experience - this is absolutely not the standard we hold ourselves to.
We've found some things that should help speed up your store and would love to walk you through them. Whenever you're ready, just reply to our email and we'll take care of it.
Best,
George
App is good and Georgi is quite cooperative as a support person. Highly Recomended
Excellent Support, Georgi quickly understand the issue & solved in a few minutes. Totally recommended specially because of the support
Great customer service! Highly recommend.
We had a issue where our dashboard wasn't updating properly. George was super helpful and went above and beyond to get us up and running asap.
Theme editor stopped working after was removed.
Site editor is messed badly.
Hey there,
We're very sorry for the issues you've experienced - we don't interact with the site editor at all and no Shopify app has the power to interact with your store once you've uninstalled.
It sounds to me like there's some other issue at play here that we'd be happy to help out - I've followed up by email
